How do I watch my TV without internet connection? Just wanting to watch DVD until we get an internet installed.
Roku doesn't play DVDs.
If you have a Roku TV and are attaching a DVD player, you'll still need to set up your device, and that means you'll need to tie it to a Roku account, which is done via an Internet connection. Once your TV is set up, you won't need that to play DVDs, but you must first set up the TV. A mobile hotspot would be sufficient to complete the setup. The only issue may be if an update is needed, and that will use data.

It was set up before we moved, but now it won't let me do anything past internet setup?
@Rbtx149 How are you connecting to the internet now, to post these messages?
To expand on the reply from @DBDukes:
If you are using a mobile phone as your internet connection, and if your phone has a mobile hotspot function, you can set your Roku up by connecting it to your hotspot long enough to complete the set up.
My work computer at my office, i dont have hot spot on my phone, and the tv was set up before, i have never had to do a new set up every time i loose power, so that doent make since. There has to be a way to watch it with out the internet?
It's not clear to me what happened. Are you saying that you set up this TV before, moved, and when you plugged it in you had to go through the initial setup again? That wouldn't be normal.
Usually when you go through the initial setup (it's been a long time since I set up a TV) you're offered the option to connect to the Internet later. If you can locate the reset button (I thing all TVs have one) press and hold it for at least 30 seconds with the TV turned on and start over with the setup.
I'm doing a lot of guessing here. It would probably help if you gave us the manufacturer of your TV (it's not Roku).
