I’m having an issue with my Roku device. For the past few days, every time I use it with some of the most popular streaming apps, if I simultaneously use the internet on a computer for basic browsing or watching YouTube, the internet completely breaks down. The connection is lost and it fails constantly. However, when the Roku device is not connected or not in use, the internet works fine. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks for keeping us posted, @santig2609.
Please be aware that Roku Streaming devices require a strong network connection. It's possible that when you connect your Roku device to your network, it gathers all the signals from it. Hence, your network issues. May we know what is your current internet speed?
We'll be looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Carly

Thanks for the update, @santig2609.
Could you tell us if connecting your device to an alternative network, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if you're still seeing the same issue occur?
If there's no improvement, could you share the device serial number along with the software version? This can be found by navigating to Settings>System>About.
Keep us posted. Thanks!
Regards,
Rey
