Initial setup of Roku Ultra-won't connect to internet after restarting router

I've been using the Roku Express for a long time now and just bought the Ultra to replace it.  During the initial set up phase, it wouldn't connect to WiFi but I'm not new to Roku so I knew what to do - retart router and restart the device.  Still won't connect.  My router is Eeros and when I check to see what devices are connected to it, the Roku Ultra shows up in the list of devices but it still won't connect. When I switch back to the Express, it connects right away.  What am I missing? Super frustrating.

You might want to try using your phone's hotspot, if possible, and connect to that just to get through the initial set up.
