If my internet says 5ghz then I can't have Roku?

Thanks for the post. 

There are dual-band wireless Roku devices that will allow you to connect to both 5GHz and 2.4GHz connections. You can always check if a device is a dual-band through our website. Just select the device you want to check or purchase, scroll down to Tech specs, then Networking.
