How to fix error code 009 on my roku player?

How can i solve the error code 009 on my roku player? I’m having a lot of trouble with it. & i don’t know how to fix it?

The first thing to try is to reboot everything - modem/router and Roku.  Error 009 means your Roku can't reach the Internet.

Hey @Paigem

Thanks for letting us know about the issue you're experiencing.

Error code 009 means your Roku device is connected to the router, but not able to connect to the internet. You can try the recommended action available in this Support link: What should I do if I cannot connect to my home network or the internet? 

If no connection exists, contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) for help. If your computer has an internet connection and you still see Error 009, restart your Roku device.
