Suddenly in the middle of streaming my roku lost its connection and I haven’t been able to get it connected to my wifi since. I’ve tried resetting the router, restarting my roku and that didn’t work. I even factory reset my roku and it still won’t connect. It will connect to my phone’s hotspot but not the wifi. I am stumped. Any ideas??? SOS

Does it see your Wi-Fi, but doesn't connect?  Are you getting an error message?

Yes and yes it says error 14.30. The connection strength is “excellent” but won’t connect

Do you have Xfinity?  Does this apply:

Throw it away. It’s a garbage product. You get what you pay for. $20 sounds great but killing Roku’s name.   😞
