Sure. Keep in mind that any device tied to the same Roku account will have the same apps. If he adds an app, you'll get it. If he removes an app, you'll lose it.
If you have a credit card tied to your Roku account, and he buys something, you'll get billed. So, you might want to ensure you have a PIN on the account.
