How do i fix consistent error codes

So I have had my tv for around 2ish years now and everything was fine in the beginning but I have had this issue for months where my network connection gives me a 14.50 error code I have reset both my router and tv over 30 times still consistently have this issue where my tv just doesn’t hold connection our other tv upstairs same brand has been perfectly fine and its become a hassle for me to try to play my sons cartoons on the tv at this point he has to watch them from a laptop which makes no sense

Have you tried changing the wireless channel on your router to see if that thelps?

We have xfinity I’ve tried disconnecting everything and resetting but not sure how the channel changing works i appreciate your suggestion
