How can I setup the google mini as my speaker for Roku?

My software version has been updated to the latest. Yet, I can not hear the TV on my Google Mini Speaker. I have already setup the link between the two using the app feature.

If your TV otherwise works with Google Mini as a speaker, then changing the input on the TV to Roku should work as well.

Are you talking about a Roku TV? Or a TV with a Roku attached?

Its not a smart tv but have an Apple TV.

It’s a roku stick. My tv is not smart and thus not working with google mini.

Roku devices won't connect directly to a Google Mini. You can use the Mini to launch and to a degree control the Roku device, but there is no direct connection for audio to be channeled to the Roku mini.
