Haven't seen your avatar around here much lately ...
This has worked for me to re-establish my net connection when it is not performing well:
Restart the router (even if other devices have no problem finding and connecting). Sometimes that's all it takes, if not keep going.
Restart the Roku to clear its memory. Depending on your Roku model and Roku version number you'll find the System restart option under Settings > System > Power. Again sometimes that's all it takes, if not keep going.
Find and connect to your network via Settings> Network > Set up connection
If that doesn't fix it, try disconnecting the power to your Roku for a few seconds. When it comes back up, see if you then can set up the network connection.

Thanks, but I'm not having problems connecting.. I'm having problems getting a fast wireless connection. Wired, i can get a great, 200mbps connection...wireless? The TV network info says I'm getting 4Mbps.
As I said in my original post, I'm getting GREAT speeds from the wireless connection on the firestick that's plugged into the Hisense TV.
I don't believe I was having speed issues when I first got the TV, which makes me believe that possibly, an update in early February broke something.
Yeah, I got some Rokus. https://youtu.be/d1CSEeqWl10
