HELP! Says wireless connection not found.

I have tried everything but still no luck. I wish I could just talk to a agent. I have tried everything other post have said and I am in the United States. This is a Brand new Roku , very upsetting. Also my WiFi is good for the Roku and none of those Channels make a difference.

@Allisonrbragg

Not sure what other post you are referring to. (didn't include link).

If you have Xfinity or Comcast as your ISP (internet provider), and have a 2.4ghz only device (Roku Express), then you will need to verify that your router is set to use the mode or protocol b/g/n  in the wireless settings. (An Xfinity firmware upgrade has changed the mode to g/n, so needs to be manually changed to b/g/n for Roku to connect now.)

You can use the Xfi app or login to your router and find the settings under the 2.4ghz Wireless Settings.

Feel free to post back with an update or if you need more help.
