Have had HBO/Roku Channel for a few years - suddenly will not connect and screen tells me I have a Network Connection issue while all else works fine - and my connection check up says all is fine.
Tried deleting and re-adding channel - deleted fine but can't find how to put it back in the system - so now, not even in system. Rebooted, etc. before hand - it's been off for 2 weeks - need some help.
Thanks,
Dean C.
PS Some scammers have a Roku Support sit on the internet...you should probably suss that out.
Their number is 820-300-0340...wasted a good 15 minutes with them as well.
Thanks for the post.
Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Were you watching HBO through The Roku Channel or through the channel provider directly?
With more information we will be able to assist you further.
Thanks,
Danny
This site is killing me....
Danny- How many HBO offerings do you have? I believe the one I'm referring to is "HBO On The Roku Channel". Since it's now deleted I can't tell you what the button said exactly.
On my credit card the monthly charge comes from "The Roku Channel" $16.34.
Oddly, this gem of an HBO variant does not give me all HBO programming - which is also very odd.
Thanks for your help,
DC
Thanks for the follow up.
HBO on The Roku Channel is no longer available. Your previous subscription to HBO on The Roku Channel will migrate and be upgraded to an HBO Max subscription at no additional cost to you.
You will need to install the HBO Max channel on your Roku device. Once you select a title to begin streaming, your existing Roku subscription will be automatically recognized, and you will be asked to create an HBO Max login. Your HBO Max subscription will continue to renew on your existing billing date.
