I have an app for hot spot but can't connect my Roku bcus it only enables Chromebook, Android, Android port, mac, windows, and iPhone. What can I do to connect my Roku device to my hot spot on my Android app from Google play? The app is nets rooting hotspot.

If you your issue is with the Netshare app then you need to contact Netshare.

Netshare is provider of hot spot. Idk why Roku isn't compatible. I was hoping someone knew a way around it. Guess I'll just go on you tube

There was a posting about a similar issue with Netshare and Roku about a month ago. (https://community.roku.com/t5/Network-Wireless-Wired-Connections/Netshare-amp-Roku-connectivity/td-p...).

Seemed user @meganjaytee2019 was able to get Roku to connect to the hotspot, but unable to get to internet due to proxy settings but never responded further to posting.

Feel free to post an update if you find the answer as I am sure it will be helpful to others.
