Get past the new set up to settings

Roku Cannot see my wireless  connection. 
I have been on you tube for help. And they say go to settings and make changes. I don’t see how to get past set up wireless and Get to settings   Ones. Everything else I have yes my wireless with no problem. Please help

It's hard to tell what you mean.  Ie: what settings?  On the Router?  What router? From what I have heard, Xfinity has dumbed-down some of their rental equipment to the point that you have to call them to get things changed.  But I don't know if that's what you have.  (I have xfinity myself and see people on their forum complaining about various things not connecting to their routers, but I don't follow them in detail since I own my own.)

I am having the same problem. All my other devices including the Roku I have in my bedroom are connected to my wireless. This new Roku ultra that I got was once connected to the wireless but now will not. I have rebooted my modem, I have rebooted Roku multiple times and it will not connect to my wireless. I do have Xfinity but if everything else is connecting to the wireless (including another Roku device) I don’t understand why this one is not
