Ethernet or wireless- Ultra

Hi, I have a new ultra. I have hooked it up via ethernet and also via wireless. Doing the network test the download speed shows faster on the wireless, then on the ethernet. I read somewhere that ethernet only supports up to 92 while I am getting about 180 on wireless. is it still the same picture and more stable using ethernet at the 92 or should I use wireless?

Really does not matter that much wireless or wired. 92 MHZ wired is more than enough to stream anything, including 4K content. If possible I use wired. Much less likely to have any connection problems.

Re: Ethernet or wireless- Ultra

Unless you plan on streaming locally ripped copies of 4K content, standard Ethernet is more than enough. Streaming 4K tops out around 25Mbit. In general, Ethernet will be more reliable and most importantly, more consistent.

Hopefully, future models will support Gigabit Ethernet.
