I have owned my unit for over 2 years and have had no problems until about 2 weeks ago. Then suddenly I started having issues with the streaming channels. They would not load or play anything. I knew it was not a problem with the channels themselves because they worked just fine in my other TV. Also, my TV was connected to the internet and had a strong signal. So I decided to do a factory reset, thinking that perhaps that would fix my problem. That was the worst mistake I could have ever made. Now nothing works. I keep getting error code 005 and it will not install the software even though the TV shows that I am connected to the internet and that I have a strong connection. I tried to manually update as suggested on this forum. I have restarted, unplugged, and every other thing suggested other than buying a new power cord. This is absolutely ridiculous. I cannot simply return this TV because it is not brand new. A TV should not simply stop working after 2 years with minimal usage. I am very disappointed.
