Each time channel is changed get a unexplained connection message
I just had AT&T/DirectTV fiber optic installed for my residential internet connection which uses ROKU Premier. Had been using Spectrum internet streaming package with their cable connection . Was told I could stream my current Spectrum TV package and it appears I can; however, at the bottom of the screen when a channel is changed, I receive a message box that reads "Connect to your Home Spectrum Internet for full access". This message disappears after several seconds but it recurs each time there is a change. Spectrum couldn't give me an answer and said to try ROKU support. I'm satisfied with the content I am already receiving from Spectrum and I believe I'm getting "...full access".
