I recently had to restart my Roku. However, after restarting this didn’t fix the issues. I have done EVERYTHING.
I factory restarted my Roku, restarted my router. Attempted to connect to wireless network and no luck. It’s listed but won’t connect.
Did the Network reset to erase saved networks, restarted and once again nothing.
I can connect the Roku to my cell phone while it’s on my Cellular connection as a hot spot and connects just fine. However ZERO connection when I’m trying to connect to my home wireless network.
Please help.
If you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP ensure your wireless mode is set to b/g/n and not g/n. For Comcast/Xfinity:

I am having this VERY same issue. I’ve done everything you stated for a whole week now and nothing is resolving this issue. Even when I connect my hotspot from my phone, the apps still don’t play. I keep checking for updates but my system is already up to date. How aren’t they helping us with this?
