Hello. I bought a Roku express 4K specifically for its hotel & Dorm connect feature. I activated and updated the device before coming to school and connecting it to my TV. When I connect the device to my TV on campus I am able to see the campus wifi but when choosing this network it fails the connectivity check. I never reach the stage where I am prompted to select that this network is a hotel/dorm wifi. Any help would be appreciated.
