Connect to Wifi without remote

Received a new wifi modem. Phone is now connected to the new wifi and will not connect to the roku. Do not have an actual remote. How do I get the roku connected to the new wifi without a remote?

Easiest method, other than getting a replacement Roku Voice Remote from Walmart, is to go into your router and change your new network SSID (network name and password) to the previous SSID (network name and password) of your old router. Then restart both your router and the Roku device.

Roku remembers the last known successful connection so is looking for your old network credentials. When trying to connect to a new network, you need a physical remote. (or use the method outlined above).

If you have a Roku device/RokuTV capable of ethernet, you can also connect via ethernet cable and use the Roku mobile remote app to connect also.

Caveat - The above methods will not work if you have Factory Reset your Roku device or have purchased a used Roku device that you have never successfully connected to a network in which you do not know the SSID credentials.
