Code 014.30. Never had a problem. Now getting this code

While traveling, I use my hotspot and Roku TV. Never had a problem for years. My phone hotsopt works fine with tv. My husband's phone hotspot suddenly does not work on the Roku tv. (Works for everything else.  It's not the phone)

The TV recognizes his phone, has excellent signal strength, tries to  connect without acknowledging a password (which his phone has) then says wireless connection not available. Error code 014.30

Tried to erase all passwords, even returned tv to factory settings. It still will not connect to his wireless network, and it use to no problem several months ago.  TV works fine with my hotspot. How do I resolve this problem? I pay for his hotspot data, but can't use it.

Does his hotspot have the choice of using 2.4 or 5 GHz?  If so, try 5GHz.  That 14.30 error usually occurs on a 2.4GHz network that doesn't have its wireless mode set to b/g/n.
