Change of provider will not allow 2 roku sticks to work

I have a roku stick on 2 different tvs and changed my provider. No matter what channel I select nothing will load.  Just locks up.  

There is a  step I am missing.

Internet /wireless does work.  Password is working.  Roku screen comes up.

No selection from screen will work on either tv.

Do you mean your TV provider -- a cable, satellite, or streaming service (Sling TV, Hulu+Live TV, YouTube TV, etc.) -- which you use to authenticate certain apps? Or do you mean something else?
