I recently unplugged my Roku Ultra this broke youtube saying it couldn't load. I did a factory reset only to find out that my ISP is blocking my SMTP so I can't send an email to activate. I connected via my phone hotspot so that I could activate. After activation I disconnect from my hotspot and reconnect to my wired connection. Now when opening some channels(Prime Video, MLB.tv) it says I'm unable to connect although I'm clearly connected to internet. Help please!
