I have a new Roku 4+ and most channels work great, but when I try a channel like CBS, it says I must sign on through my cable provider. My cable provider is not on the list, and I cannot figure out where to go from there.
Well then you may be stuck, unless you know that your cable provider has more than one name. For example: Comcast is Xfinity, Spectrum is Charter etc. What company do you have?
