Cannot enter wireless password containing a straight single quote

Are there additional/hidden characters on ROKU Stick virtual keyboard?  

The wireless password contains a straight single quote and a straight double quote. Cannot find any way to type those characters on ROKU stick virtual keyboard. It only has curved single and double quotes, which are different characters on a computer keyboard.

After you select the !?#$%& character set press the * button on your remote or check the box next to the upward facing arrow in the upper right corner of the onscreen keyboard.
