Cannot connect my Eero mesh network to my Roku Ultra

When I connect my Roku Ultra to my mesh network I get erratic or no response from the unit.  The other devices in my home theater that are connected to it work fine.  As a patch I tried bypassing the mesh and connecting the Roku to my Frontier wireless router that is still sitting ahead of the Eero network and the Roku works fine.  Although the patch works ok the signal strength is not as good as with the mesh connection.  Anyone else experiencing this issue? Roku support agreed that finding an alternative network to connect to other than the mesh was their only suggestion.

@DaveG2

It seems like the Eero mesh network does have problems with the Roku.  Can you provide a little more detail regarding your network setup (ISP, wifi settings used, channel settings etc.).  If you were able to use ethernet, the wifi problems between Eero and the Ultra would be mitigated.

Some have simply abandoned the Eero system if Roku is used.  Would definitely like to see if we can help resolve, but it may be a firmware conflict between the two.
