Cannot connect device to internet despite restarting everything
I cannot get my decide to connect to the internet. I have had it for a few years and never had an issue with it connecting but suddenly it will not. I have restarted my router, my Roku and even tried a factory reset. Help!

What's the model number displayed under Settings->System->About and who is your ISP (Internet Service Provider)? The most likely cause is that your ISP updated your router and changed the settings. Ensure the 2.4GHz band is enabled and the wireless mode is set to b/g/n.
