Cannot connect again after loosing connection during show

lost connection during show. Was unable to reconnect. Figured Roku was old and bought new. Bought Roku express and still getting 14:40 code. Have unplugged/reset both router and Roku 50 times. Have moved router inches from Roku. Have reset password for modem… nothing… ALL other devices have no issues connecting. About to throw this thing

Who is your ISP?  If it's Xfinity change the wireless mode back to b/g/n.
