Yesterday, at random, my Hisense Roku TV decided to stop connecting to internet. I have tried countless times to reconnect it and despite the connection being “Excellent”, it won’t connect. I’ve tried restarting the router, the tv, the settings, and the network settings. I have tried unplugging the TV then plugging it back in and that still doesn’t work.
also I should mention that I tried clearing the cache and that did not work either.

We appreciate your patience regarding this matter. I understand that you are unable to connect your wireless network with your Roku TV.
A few questions here to better understand what you're experiencing: Do you get an error message when you try to connect to your wireless network? Does the issue occur when you stream a specific channel?
I'd also recommend trying to connect your device to an alternate network, such as a mobile hotspot.
