I have a Roku purchased from Amazon Canada. I can connect it to my Verizon hotspot but when I go into any of my subscriptions and choose a show to watch, I get a “loading “ message but the show wont load. It reverts back to telling me what season and episode I’m on. Is there a problem between the Canadian Roku and American iPhone?

Have you tried connecting your Roku device to an alternate wireless network to see if you are experiencing the same connectivity issues that you experiencing with your hotspot?
