I can't get connected to the Internet, it says that it is but it won't work. Everything else I have works. Help me.
I am having the same problem and would love to know an answer. I get Error 014 and Error 009. Do you have one of these? I have reset the roku multiple times. every other device works with the wifi. This is so frustrating.
Yes I am getting the error report and I don't know what to do as you can't call them. I don't know if I need to buy a newer remote or not. I am so mad at them.
