Having same issue Roku!! Cannot connect to my wifi even though I have a strong signal. This has been happening for months. I know you’re monitoring this platform so please fix mine like you did the other day right after I searched the issue. Pretty please, thank you and happy holidays 🙂
This is the worst TV I have ever had! I have tried everything under the sun to get this to work and it’ll work for a little bit and then it stops again my Internet connection is strong all my other devices are working except for this TV. I’ve had it for one year and I couldn’t be more disappointed! I would never buy another Roku product.
No I was not charged for anything. I just went to the roku app clicked the star button and then clicked system update. Roku uninstalled their update so it should of reverted back on its own but if not follow these given steps.

If you are unable to resolve the issue, can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-who is your ISP (internet service provider) and what is the make and model of your router
Once we have more specific information, we will be able to assist you further.
this posted in the wrong area. i tried the update and it works....keeps going in and out but at least i was able to get a connection. going to try to unplug everything for 10 minutes like previously suggested to see if that resolves this issue. so frustrating!
