Seems to be a major issue here and roku is impossible to reach. Was able to getting it working for an hr to lose the connection on both rokus again. Let’s get it together Roku your stocks are plummeting, this has been going on for days since the upgrade this might be the death of roku if you can get it together
Keep getting the HDCP notice. I shut down everything. TV and Roku. Unplug everything. System reset etc. works while I’m watching then when I turn it on again same thing happens!!! Is it the Roku or HDMI cable or what???
If you are powering your Roku by plugging into a USB port in the tv that shuts down when the tv shuts down, try plugging directly into house power via a USB power adapter.
I am having the similar issues. MY tv won't connect to roku or other apps. This is only happening on my ONN 50" Roku device. The other 5 tvs in my house are fine. Does anyone have any tips how to get it to connect. I have factory reset it and tried other options with no success.
It's Roku. I have three Roku's and there all having the same problem. My internet is at max signal but Roku says no connection. Tomorrow it might work or might not. I'm getting ready to go to fire stick.
What makes things even worse is you can't contact a person we have to do this **bleep**.
I am having the same issue just pulled a new one out of box connected fine then made me do an update and guess what now I have 4 bricks that don’t/won’t connect to internet. All other devices iPads tablets work fine
Having same issue. Just bought a new Premiere and it refuses to connect. I've reset every **bleep** thing it says to reset and then some, gotten at least 3 different error codes which are of no help. Roku support is non-existent which is very disappointing. Hope you are able to get resolution. I'm ready to return this trash
Bought a new one. Connected fine. Second try it did the same thing. Error messages. I'm done with Roku. Bought a Fire Stick. Works perfectly. Adios Roku.
Fact. I even went out a purchased a new one. Same results.
If you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP ensure your wireless mode is set to b/g/n and not g/n. For Comcast/Xfinity:
