Roku is register with old internet which is no longer available, I don't have my remote to connect to new internet and my app can't connect to Roku because of it, what can I do?!?! Roku Premiere (4620 series)

You can either configure your new Wi-Fi to match your old (same SSID/network name and password) or get a new remote.  You can't use any app as a remote until the Roku is connected to your network.  Your 4620 will work with any universal remote that supports Roku devices.

Thank you, I found my remotes, but now I have to download everything again...Bummer!!!
