First, do you already have one Roku connected to the WiFi? This would potentially eliminate a setting problem on your router. What happens exactly? Can you see the SSID but cannot connect, or is the SSID not even listed? Who is your ISP (a cable company)? Any error message? There are some settings in certain cable modems that cause issues with some Roku devices.
