I have two Rokus: a Roku Express 3900 (model 3900x) and a Roku Express 3930 (model 3930x). Tonight, both won't connect to the WiFi. Nothing has changed about the WiFi. I restarted the router, restarted the Rokus, reset the network connections on both, and even factory reset the 3900 to see if that would work. Nothing worked.
What else can I do?
Do you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP? They've been known to make changes to customers equipment and other ISPs do the same, so to say "nothing has changed" may not be accurate.
There are a couple of network connection problems recently being reported that have been caused by updates to routers. These have primarily been reported with routers supplied by internet providers, but it's possible they could also occur with user-owned routers that have received updates.
If you need to make configuration changes on equipment supplied by your internet provider but you have no access to its settings, you may need to request your internet provider to make the changes for you.
