Having an issue with all of my streaming apps. They will either go to a loading circle or have a temporary grainyness to them. I have been through 3 different modem and routers, and my ISP has replaced the line from the telephone pole to the modem thinking it was a problem on their end. Currently have an ASUS RT-AX82U with 5 and 2.4 ghz SSIDs. The Ultra is on the 5Ghz SSID. I tried hardwired as well. Fair play is turned off. This is an issue on all the Roku devices in my house, but the Ultra is the main one used and the Disney plus app is the most notable.

I should add I also factory reset this ultra with the same results.
Settings > Network > About > Check connection
After this completes what does the About screen show is the Internet download speed?
Minimum download speeds recommended by Netflix:
Standard definition (SD) - 3mbps
High definition (HD) - 5mbps
4K/Ultra HD (UHD) - 25mbps
Channels with less compression than Netflix (especially live action programs like sports) may need higher speeds to avoid buffering.
Good (21 Mbps)
