Hello--
My wifi provider had an area outage a few days ago and since then my main Roku Express (Model: 3930X) has not been able to connect to the wireless network. I have reset my router, updated software, and factory reset the Roku device with no success. All my other devices are able to access the internet, along with another Roku device that I have no issues with. At this point, am I going to have to purchase a new device as it's seeming to me there is an individual issue? Thank you in advance for any help!
-Trey
The outage may have disabled 2.4 Ghz support on your router, or disabled simpler 2.4ghz connection options, or moved channel to an option that your Roku does not support.
Many cheaper/older Roku only support 2.4ghz, limited channels and standards
Check/change router configuration or ask your ISP for help if it is an ISP supplied router.
@treykingston, if you have Comcast/Xfinity or Cox as your ISP go into the router settings and change the wireless mode from g/n to b/g/n.
