My Roku has been working great until our neighborhood had a recent power outage and our Spectrum service went down for 48hrs. When Spectrum notified us our internet/wifi was back up I went to reconnect my roku and our SSID network is no longer showing up in the menu allowing me to connect the roku to our wifi. All other devices connect fine and see our SSID. I've done multiple reboots of the router and the roku... with no luck. Even tried the "Private Network" option in roku... again no luck. Is this an issue with Spectrum where I need to call their tech support? Or is the problem with my roku? It's an older model roku 2 XS.

There have been a number of reports lately of people who have routers supplied by their Internet Provider in which the router's 2.4 GHz band was disabled by an update to the router software. They've had to have their Internet Provider re-enable the 2.4 GHz band, or in some cases swap in a new router with 2.4 GHz support.
In many cases, the front line support people know nothing about this.
Make sure your router is is transmitting 2.4GHz Wi-Fi since that model of Roku does not support 5GHz.
