AWR says it’s missing but it’s plugged in

Hello

I have the same problem.

I see ‘Missing Advanced Wireless Receiver’ when I start up. All is good with HDMI socket, cables, wifi and TV otherwise. All was working ok with my Roku device for the last year.

It is still under warranty.

How do I return it for replacement ?
