55" SHARP Roku TV will not connect to Alexa (Echo Plus)

I am at wits end.  My 55" SHARP Roku TV, although it shows up in my RoKu app, will not connect with my Alexa Echo Plus.  I have another RoKu TV by Onn that connects perfectly with Alexa.  I have the RoKu "skill" that I need for my RoKu TVs to work with Alexa obviously since my Onn works just fine.  For some strange reason, my SHARP RoKu will simply not coperate.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.  (Oh and yes, I have tried turning everything off and then back on. lol!)
