My tv screen tells me to check my internet connection and will not bring up a Roku screen. It will not connect to the internet despite also trying to install it on 3 other tv's...one being right next to the router...that also have operational Rokus (Ultra, Streaming Stick 4K & Premiere) on them. I purchased a new HDMI cable, tried performing a factory reset and restarted my router. None of these steps have been successful and the Best Buy Geek Squad does not repair them. Any other suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
