2.4Ghz WiFi Contention and Bluetooth 5

Just went through an exercise with WiFi in my home, WiFi and bluetooth devices' contention, mutual interference to discover I have so many bluetooth devices (Roku remote, laptops, keyboards, mice, notebooks, smartphone) that they interfere with the WiFi 2.6GHz channel on my WiFi6 mesh router and each other (keyboard and mouse on one of my two laptops). Have turned 2.6GHz off on the router altogether, have upgraded to 5.1 Bluetooth keyboards with 5.1 mice on the way, but want to account for the Rokus as well.

My questions, because Roku never goes to this detail of technical specificity:

1. A remote that operates over Bluetooth 5? 5.3 preferable, but will take 5.1

2. A 4K stick that can connect to WiFi6, not just 5GHz. WiFi 7 would be awesome, but I doubt it.
3. A nice to have would be a 4K stick with 4GB of RAM
4. Rechargeable on the remote would be nice. I know there's two right now, but I can't get technical details on points 1 and 2 above for them.

Thanks in advance.
