Customizing your Profile
Personalize the look and feel of your community profile by clicking your avatar in the top right corner of the page and selecting My settings. From the My settings page you can change a variety of features including your Community preferences, notifications, avatar, and signature.
Changing your Avatar In the My settings page, select the tab labeled Avatars. Here you can choose from a variety of avatars in the collection.
Adding a Signature In the My settings page, select the tabs Personal>Personal Information. Here you can insert your own signature that appears on the bottom of all your posts. Once complete, press the Save button at the bottom of the page.
How to Search for an Answer
If you have a question, before posting in the forums, use the Roku Community search bar and search for your topic. You can check previous threads to see if your question was previously answered. If a thread related to your topic has already been created, feel free to post in the thread. Otherwise, create a new thread for your topic.
How to Make a Post in the Community
Making a New Post Before posting or creating a new topic, search for an existing topic that discusses your issue. Multiple topics created for the same issue make it hard for Community members to locate helpful solutions. If no thread exists with your Topic, select Post a Question.
Posting in an Existing Thread If posting in a thread already open, select Reply
How to Send a Private Message
There may be times when posting personal information is needed and it is not recommended to publicly post on the Community. In these instances, it is best to send a private message which can be accomplished by clicking the envelope icon.
How to report inappropriate content
Use the report inappropriate content button to let us know if a post or content in our community is against the Roku Community Guidelines.
