Error code 45 indicates that your Roku Smart Home camera is not connected to the network. Once your Roku camera has lost its internet connection, it will not be able to receive notifications or be monitored remotely.

To fix this kind of issue on your Roku Smart Home camera, we recommend you try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Please ensure that the camera is connected to a stable and reliable internet connection without any issues or interruptions.
  2. When you experience a disruption, you can re-establish the connection by tapping the 'Reconnect' option on the live stream.
  3. Power cycle the camera
    1. Unplug the USB cable from the back of the camera.
    2. Wait 30-60 seconds and plug back in
    3. Try again.
