Roku floodlight camera se

Jump to solution

I am having a problem setting up “rules” for camera to activate when motion is detected and stop recording after approximately 1 minute or when the motion is not detected anymore. Also to have the lights on the floodlight come on and go off so that they are not on starting at sundown and going off at sunrise. This camera doesn’t come with videos that show the unprofessional layman how to do the things that Ring camera does automatically

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried following the steps provided by our Support page here: Use rules to automate your smart home devices

If you are still experiencing an issue with setting up rules within the Roku Smart Home mobile app, can you please provide us with a screenshot of how you are setting up the rule(s) and what are the steps to reproduce the issue you are experiencing.

Thanks,
Danny
