I am having the same issue with the Wireless Camera Doorbell. I'm getting notifications on my phone but I can't see the camera when I click on it, and it doesn't allow me to delete the device, the message that shows is "Fail".
I have the new update, but for weeks before I received the error message, the app was logging me out constantly.
My network is fine, I have an indoor camera, and that one is working fine.
I hope you can kindly provide a solution as this is really frustrated.
