Hello,
I got a Metz Roku TV 43" which shows after a firmwareupdate instead of textlines very small icons in the tv-channel list which are too small to identify.
So far only setting back the tv for at least 2 times brings back the channel-names as text.
As the problem appears several times since last christmas I would like to know, if this is known and if there is a chance to get this fixed. Contact with Metz-Blue Support is already done without getting a solution other than setting back the tv.
thanks.
regards.
Can you post a screenshot here to get a better idea what you are seeing and where?
Use the little camera icon above in the formatting tools to upload them here or provide a link to an image if you post them to an image site.
Hi,
thanks for getting back to me. Like I described I resettet the TV twice to get rid of the small icons. So you have to wait for photos til the next time the problem appears.
thanks so far.

Do you mean that when in the Roku Channel Live TV guide, you are seeing channel icons instead of channel numbers?
If so, you can toggle this setting by using the left arrow on the Roku remote to highlight the channel icon, then press the asterisk (*) button on the Roku remote. A channel options menu overlay should appear where you can select "Sort Channel List", and then select "By Channel Number".

Not sure if the above is the issue because you mentioned you reset the device to fix the issue. By default, Roku has this set to "As recommended by Roku" which will be icons-only, so I may be misunderstanding your issue which the images will hopefully clear up. (next time it occurs).
