tv forced reset now it wont mirror or connect to hotspot or wifi

tv forced itself to reset and i did  a factory reset because it wouldnt connect to hotspot or wifi to update. i tried resetting and manually downloading the update to usb. its registering the usb in the media player but not for the update.... it also wont pickup devices to mirror the picture too either im at a loss for what to do. it still plays the playstation and sound bar but i cant connec tto the internet at all.
