roku won't connect wireless to wifi ranger, works with other routers

Both of our Roku players won't connect to the wifi ranger, they will connect to our home wifi router. giving error

\code 014.30

Called wifi ranger tech support, absolutely no help

The 014.30 error is usually caused by the router's wireless mode being set to g/n and not b/g/n.  What's the model number(s) of your Roku devices as displayed under Settings->System->About?
